with a view a to carry-out construction and hotel activities.

Shri Rajneesh Gupta with
a degree of Master in Commerce from Meerut University is 47
years old and is the Managing Director of the Company and is
not only managing Construction , Marketing and Financial Matters
of the Company but he also keeps a very close watch on day to
day functioning of the organization. He is into this line of
activity for the last approximately 20 years and is fully
dedicated to promote the growth of the Company. Because of his
untiring efforts, the company has already successfully
constructed and sold around 20 Residential and Commercial
Buildings in GDA Approved Residential Colonies such as
Vaishali & Kaushami , in Distt. Ghaziabad. He is also an
active & working Director in another company named NCR Projects
Pvt. Ltd. & under that banner also, he has successfully
constructed and commissioned a Hotel titled “Hotel Silver Rock”
with Three Star facilities at Mall Road in Mussoorie and
also a Multistoreyed Residential group housing complex titled
“Silver Rock Appartments” at Curzon Road, Dalanwala Dehradun.
Under his Dynamic Leader-ship, the Company M/S. Grah Avas
Vikas Pvt. Ltd. is doing very well and is a profit making
Company since it’s inception and is growing steadily. |

Another Director Mrs. Anju Gupta is a Science Graduate from
Delhi University and is actively involved in successful running
of the Company and is specifically looking after day to day
Administrative affairs of the Company. |

More-over, a fully
capable team of Professional Chartered Accountants, Architects,
Engineers and Marketing Executives is on the roll of the Company
for successfully executing the Projects and for their expert
advice and feed-back where-ever and when-ever required. |
